Amorgos Fine Velvet Bedding Set

I love my purchase but I didn’t receive my flat sheet. This is not fair I paid and I want what I PAID FOR.

Lovely fabric and very comfortable.

The comforter with duvet takes a bit to get looking good but it is very comfortable.

Love my set, but I wish european sham covers were available.

Really enjoy the feeling and softness. The only thing that we are not fond of is how the inner comforter keeps moving around inside the comforter cover.

Absolute luxury. So soft it’s difficult to get out of bed. It does make the bed a little slippery :) With the comforter it makes the bed a little hot which will be perfect cozy for winter. Washed well.

I have been eyeing this bedset for more than a year and finally pulled the trigger and purchased it. It did not disappoint! I am in love with it. It is so soft and cuddly, I can't wait for a reason to just stay in bed all day!

Love the blanket, wish it was a bit more fluffy and full but it's still basically perfect. The sheet is so comfortable it's unbelievable. It's nice, full, thick, insanely soft. The duvet cover it gorgeous and the comforter is basically perfect, very heavy, very luxurious. It actually exceeded my expectations. I can only give 4 stars and contemplated giving even 3 stars. The customer service isn't just god awful, it's non-existant!! I sent TWO emails with questions about my order like the color/size of the pillow cases and the color of the flat sheet (I got the 5 piece set, so I wanted to find a matching fitted sheet on Amazon as well as 2 more matching pillow cases.) I was also getting new pillows and needed to know the size of the pillow cases for that reason. I was desperately trying to have everything ready for when this set arrived. But nope! Nothing! Not a word! After the first email I was a bit worried after going days without a response, then sent the second email basically reiterating my questions and explaining how unprofessional it is to not respond to a customer, a NEW one at that, that just spent hundreds of dollars on their site! I'm sorry but in 2024, that is unacceptable. It's says alot about their company culture. I love the blanket so much, but what if I didn't? What if I wanted a refund? What would I do? Send a THIRD email they won't respond too? Absolutely ridiculous. I wanted to get a set for each person in the family this Christmas, which was going to be at minimum two more sets but I'm honestly not sure. Not sure what the issue is. Also I'm going to say, why aren't the questions I had already displayed in the information prior to purchase? I shouldn't have to email asking what color or size something is AFTER buying it. That information should be available in the description! Very strange. Long story short, great product, not so great company unfortunately. ‍♀️ For the price they want, customer service should priority. Not an afterthought. Will likely take my buisness elsewhere. So buyers beware, if you don't absolutely love it, GOOD LUCK trying to get ahold of them to figure something out! Thanks for reading. Hopefully someone from Santi will reach out to rectify this situation. If that's the case I will update my review. P.s. it took 12 days to arrive incase anyone was curious! I certainly was! Update: noticed a small red stain on the blanket the day I Opened it on the bottom, not sure what happened there.

Unbelievable and wonderful. I can’t believe I found something that actually fits a king size bed with Plenty of material to hang down like It should. The velvet material feels wonderful. Thanks again. I will be making another purchase soon.

I’m in love with this comforter and beddings , velvet and eucalyptus comforter. The best I sleep every night like an angel I 100% recommend this sleep by Santi brand the best amazing. I’m buying more cause yes girl I’m now addicted. Thanks Santi for everything and thanks for the discounts as well.

The bedding is very nice but there are some blemishes from the packaging and I’m hoping that it will go away.

The shopping experience was good. Delivery and packaging were amazing. The material feels good and luxurious. The only issue I have regarding the set, is the duvet. I was not aware that it was a duvet. That was my fault for not reading it more clearly. The duvet I feel is to big for the insert and does not give off the same fluffy look as pictured.

The quality and look of the product is incredible, but the ordering experience was absolutely horrible. Took almost 2 months to receive the product!

It is like sleeping on a velvet cloud. I will buy at least two more sets in different colors and textures.

The best bedding set I've ever had!! It's soft, fluffy, great quality and feels amazing. This is the 10pc set. Shipping did take a while but it was worth the wait and customer service was very responsive. I will be ordering again.

This bedding is beautiful and luxurious and all of the best things! I want more for everyone in my home!! The wait time was a little jarring (approx 3 weeks) but worth every minute once I received my bedding - side note, order the packages that include the oversized duvet insert and you will NOT be disappointed!!! It's enormous and you almost need two people to move it - pure HEAVEN!!! :)

We did a lot of research on the duvet covers before purchasing. One of the complaints I read about frequently was that people thought it should be more fuller and fluffier. One of the things I wanted people to understand is that has to mainly do with the actual down insert you are using and not the actual duvet cover. If you have a good insert then your cover will have that full and fluffy look. We did not purchase the insert through Santi because I already had a really nice one that I spent more money on to get that full and fluffy look everyone wants. So if that is what you want also, you probably don't want to buy the insert with your duvet but rather purchase it separately on your own. Other than that, the duvet cover and sheets are so comfy and soft and so far the quality has held up good. Very pleased with the purchase!

I bought two beautiful comforter sets, one gray and one red absolutely beautiful they’re soft they’re comfortable they’re beautiful. Unfortunately I had a problem with both orders. The gray one had a broken pillowcase. The zipper was broken so I can’t slip up my pillowcase and on my red set comforter set, they sent me a flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet, so I’m very disappointed with the lack of attention to detail when it comes to the order I’m not happy with the response I’ve had no response from my sheet and nothing about my pillowcase being replaced so I’m not very happy with the service, but the products are beautiful. May be over price because you get broken items or missing items. Other than that I love I love the sets

The quality just wasn't there for me. One of the zippers was broken right out of the bag. However I didn't check the fine print so since I received at the beginning-ish of December and waited for it as a "Christmas gift" I couldn't return. It looks absolutely beautiful on the picture, but looks a lot less quality in person. I did love the size of the "top sheet," it's very large and able to fit on my bed with some give on all sides. This allows enough sheet for both my husband and I to hog the sheets without leaving one of us in the cold.

This bedding is beautiful. The quality is really good. The comforter that inserts into the duvet cover is very plush. The gray blanket you see in the picture is actually separate from the duvet cover, (we thought it was the underneath side of the duvet cover based on the picture.) The set is expensive, but the quality is definitely on par with the price! Definitely recommend!

Overpriced

Quality is good but I thought the comforter was the pictured item, It's actually the duvet cover. The comforter is a very nice white insert for the duvet cover. So if you get the five piece set you get the grey bed sheet, which is a thick as a blanket, very nice. two pillow cases and the duvet cover which are navy blue, not bright royal blue but still very nice, trimmed in grey and the white comforter insert for the duvet. I already had a down duvet/comforter and ended up paying more than I needed too. Nice set though

This is the absolute best bedding I have ever purchased.

The comforter and duvet are amazing. The “sheets” are velvet. I definitely won’t be using those. I wish I could send them back, but they conveniently do the duvet with the fitted sheet and the decorative pillows with the flat sheet. So if you want to keep the pillows but not the velvet “sheet” you can’t do that. So anyway is what it is. The communication from the company regarding shipping was atrocious.

These are the finest sheets I have ever owned. They feel incredible and the comforter weight is just perfect. I cant speak highly enough of the Amorgos burgundy 10 piece set. I liked it so much i ordered it in blue as well just to have a backup set.

I like it, however I did not expect it to be a duvet with insertable comforter. I expected it to be a comforter in and of itself. It is warm, cozy, and at times clumpy. I contacted the maker about improving it. They were happy to oblige. So this is good for me and for the company.

It's pretty, but I wasn't crazy about the WHITE cording on the edges. I bought the charcoal grey. The pictures do not show a stark white cording around the trim. The trim sticks out.

Looks and feels great.My only suggestion is to put 3 zippers on duvet.

It’s a very good comforter. The only downfall is the quality of the zipper mechanism. It feels like it will break easy. You have to be very careful.

The material is great. But the zipper was broken, I ordered a California king and got a king and only got one pillow sham. And have reached out a couple times and have gotten no response. Don’t waste your money. It’s comfy but not worth it.
