Shipping Info

Our company is in Illinois, USA. Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Illinois to every city.

Shipping costs are determined by the customer's location. You will automatically receive a tracking number when your order has been shipped. You can track it directly with the link in your email or on our "Track My Order" link.

Delivery time will be between 8 - 15 business days to most countries.

*All shipping times do not include clearance/customs delays as it will be depending on your country

If you placed an order and didn't receive any confirmation emails, please let us know - we will make sure to give you an update!

We only give free replacement (strictly no refunds) on package that doesn't arrive (without proof of delivery), but please know that we always require the authorized signature of the receiver upon delivery of the package. We are not responsible for lost packages when it is signed by the receiver, family members, any relatives as proof of delivery.
