Thank you for joining the SLEEP, By SĀNTI Affiliate Program.
We value long-term partnerships built on transparency, integrity, and brand alignment.

This policy outlines the rules, expectations, and commission structure applicable to all affiliates.

By participating in the program, you agree to the terms below.

1. Program Overview

Affiliates earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate link or approved discount code.

Commission Rate: As stated in your affiliate dashboard.
Tracking Method: Unique referral link and/or assigned code.
Payout Method: Manual payout (PayPal or bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed).

2. Commission Validation & Holding Period

To ensure fairness and accurate accounting:

Commissions are finalized and eligible for payout after 30 days to account for returns, refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks.

If an order is:

  • Refunded

  • Partially refunded

  • Canceled

  • Charged back

The associated commission will be adjusted or voided accordingly.

Only finalized commissions are payable.

3. Prohibited Activities

To protect the integrity of our brand and our affiliate network, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

3.1 Self-Purchases

Affiliates may not use their own affiliate link or discount code to receive commission on personal purchases.

3.2 Coupon & Deal Websites

Affiliate links or discount codes may not be:

  • Shared on coupon websites

  • Posted on cashback platforms

  • Distributed in public deal forums

  • Listed on unauthorized discount aggregators

3.3 Brand Misrepresentation

Affiliates must not:

  • Make false claims about products

  • Misrepresent pricing or promotions

  • Create misleading urgency

  • Impersonate the brand

  • Present themselves as official representatives of SLEEP, By SĀNTI

3.4 Harmful or Inappropriate Content

Affiliate content must not contain:

  • Hate speech

  • Discriminatory language

  • Adult or explicit material

  • Illegal activity

  • Content that may damage the brand’s reputation

4. Brand Usage Guidelines

Affiliates may:

  • Use approved brand assets

  • Share personal experiences

  • Create authentic lifestyle content

  • Promote through their own audience channels

Affiliates may not:

  • Modify logos

  • Create fake promotional graphics

  • Announce unauthorized discounts

  • Use branding in a way that confuses customers

5. Content Transparency

Affiliates must comply with local advertising disclosure regulations.

All promotional content must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship using appropriate identifiers such as:

Transparency builds trust with customers.

6. Commission Adjustments

SLEEP, By SĀNTI reserves the right to:

  • Reverse commissions generated through policy violations

  • Cancel unpaid commissions tied to fraudulent activity

  • Suspend or terminate affiliate accounts at our discretion

Repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the program.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the affiliate program at any time.

Upon termination:

  • Pending commissions remain subject to the 30-day validation period

  • Any violations discovered after termination may result in commission cancellation

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Affiliate Policy at any time.

Affiliates will be notified of material changes.

Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
