Took a while to reach but the customer service was responsive and reassured that the product would be received. I am very pleased with my purchase. The fabric is soft and I have enjoyed every nights sleep. I will definitively purchase for other rooms.

The bedding is beautiful and comfy just as advertised. My issue was getting the item. Had to email company after bedding was 2 weeks late and found out they completely forgot to process and ship my bedding. If I never reached out I would have never received it. So it ended up being 3 weeks late. If you purchase anything from this company be sure to follow up on any orders, since it seems like communication and logistics isn’t their forte.

Horrible. It’s been weeks and still nothing. Site states it will ship within 5 business days. That’s inaccurate. It’s been 4 weeks and still nothing. They can’t even respond to my emails. I just want my $450 back. They were quick to take that out.

It’s very very nice! The material is luxurious. It does get warm under the comforter though. Probably best to have during fall and winter.

Super comfortable and very warm! Keep in mind it doesn’t seem to be animal friendly. The Duvet has already in one night started to get chewed up from dogs rolling around and cats walking around. It’ll hold together fine but it’s sleek finish is soon to become scraggly. But that’s to be expected with psycho Belgian Malinois and needy kneading cats on a fleece comforter.

OMG.. This is so soft, it’s so hard to get out of bed now. My husband absolutely loves it and that’s saying a lot for him. My only regret is that I should have gotten the comforter with it. Now I have to buy an insert comforter that cost as much as me just buying the 5pc set. Loving it.. you will to…….

I was skeptical at first because it took a few days to get a tracking number. Upon further research and correspondence from the company I was made aware that it takes 8-15 business days to receive my order. It came under 15 days and I was so happy and relieved upon its arrival. It’s comfortable and it’s just what I wanted. Warning, set your alarm clock because you’ll sleep like a baby.

I absolutely ADORE this set. It's the Aqua and gray color. It's a striking color combination with a softness that's so scary, it's hard to get out of bed in the mornings. Its an extremely warm set too, perfect for cold sleepers. I couldn't be happier.

I wanted a quality comforter and was a little skeptical to purchase from santi, but the quality exceeded my expectations! The material is buttery soft and so cozy. It looks and feels so luxurious like the pictures. The comforter itself is thick and fluffy and well made. Keep in mind that the sheet is also a thick velvety material with a mesh-like inner lining. While the inner side is breathable, it is heavy for a sheet and is more like a throw blanket. Overall I would recommend this if you are looking for a warm and cozy set. I wouldnt recommend it for the summer months or warm climates.

Better then I expected for the price! I order it to use in my masters bedroom and I wasn't expecting it to be great... after it arrived (very fast delivery) I gave it a quick wash and dry and was pleasantly surprised how fluffy it got. Slept with it and it feels great!!

I really like this set love the fluff, thickness and color. Giving it 3 stars because when I opened it up and unfolded it, I found dirt crusted into some of the seams. Just weird. I washed and dried it twice only to still find dirt on it so I scrubbed it off and washing it again... after all it was removed. I still like it, just wasn't my favorite package opening experience

This duvet cover is beautiful, but the queen size is WAY TOO small for my queen bed! I recommend if you have a smaller bed, buy the next size up. That is the only way this duvet cover could work.
